C Nut Will be Sailing from Guyana to St Thomas the second week of October 2014.

Sailing...it's about getting there..the trip itself becomes an adventure..
Crew Info
Guyana, Tobago, Grenadines,
Bequia, Martinique, St Kitts and possibly other islands
will be on the possible agenda.
The fun part is there will be 1 or two day stops at around 5 of the BEST Caribbean islands.
For Sure Tobago a two day Ocean Passage, Then an overnight to Tobago Keys Park.
Then island hop north to St Thomas. The sailing is EASY downwind sailing.
There will be 2-2.5 weeks total Trip time barring weather delays.
But you may want to come early or stay on the boat in St Thomas for a few days after.
Where the boat is at in Guyana is an Amazon Rainforest Environment. So you can get a chance to see that
and spend a day hiking in the rainforest. If you come early you can do some tours around Guyana. An easy one would be
Kaieteur falls.
When you arrive in Georgetown Guyana you can book this with
Evergreen adventures.
The tour has an afternoon stop in Baganara where you can jump plane and land on the boat.
A day or two to acclimate and then down river to Parika for a night before the 2 day passage to Tobago.
Then up island subject to the parameters described below.
This trip will be treated as a Help with expenses trip. It is pretty much like a charter or Share the Sail.
You pay to cover boat expenses but don't pay the extra premium of a charter.
In exchange you lose control over the scheduling and stops but are still island hopping the Caribbean.
There will be 2-2.5 weeks total Trip time barring weather delays. This trip
WILL have overnight sails and all onboard will need to share watches. The Trip will also have REAL Blue Water Passages.
So if you want that experience here is you chance.
This trip can be made in 5 or 6 days straight with no stops. So the more longer passages that are made the
more time on the islands we do stop at can be had.
