There are small beautifully rugged uninhabited islands all around St Thomas.
Many are Government owned and some are never
visited except ocasionally by local fishermen or boaters when the seas are calm.
Some are pretty impossible to land on except in the calmest weather.
Places such a sail rock which is a large sail shaped rock that sticks out of the water 5 miles Southeast of
St Thomas that is a notch in the dive post to dive that the C Nuts been
to several times taking people diving and hurting themselves trying to climb up onto it.
But there is one small beach on St Thomas that is accessible most of the year.
It's out there away from pretty much everything and you will feel very alone.
It's remote with a few campsites and some hills to climb, bush to explore and reefs to dive..a great place for
a day trip or really remote place to camp out away from it all..
It is "The Beach" St Thomas style.. and C Nut Sails there for the Day or Overnight.

that EVER stops to snorkel mid ocean reefs, rocks and sandbars and we
use anchorages on day trips almost no one else uses. We like to lose the crowd.. totally.
And if you have a desire to see what OCEAN BLUE WATER sailing is really
about sometimes we just like to sail north
into the open Atlantic ocean for several hours.
The fishing is Much better.. we even hooked a Marlin once.
Or if you are less adventurous and simply want to spend a
night anchored off Honeymoon Beach Water Island St Thomas that is possible as well.
